This hotel in New Delhi is a great find! It offers excellent value for money with reasonable prices for its services. The attention to detail is evident throughout the hotel, from the clean and well-maintained rooms with all the modern facilities, to the friendly and attentive staff who ensure that guests have a comfortable stay. The location is also convenient, with the Karol Bagh Metro Station nearby, making it easy to explore the city. Plus, the hotel is situated on the main road, close to the night bazaar, providing guests with plenty of options for dining and shopping.

No improvements needed, everything was just fine!

Room service is very poor....... I could see some rats running at the roof..... Hotel room price in the website and actual is not the same.... They charged me Rs.500 Extra + taxes of 25 % which is not acceptable

Good quality star hotel, close to the Karol Bagh Metro station, . From the moment I entered this hotel a warm greeting awaited me I met with receptionist he provided me room as per my choice the staff is very friendly ,room cleanliness standard is very good,staff was well dressed having good quality of hospitality experiance, the food served by them was very hygenic and tasty which I have ever had and restaurant was theme based with serving variety of foods to the guest..

From the outside it doesn't look like much... But once you enter the lobby I was very impressed. It is classy, clean and comfortable. And the price was great. The room was great and the staff was wonderful

It's not in a very picturesque area and the parking is bad

Great First Time Experience. The manager and staff was very helpful and informative. Clean and Spacious rooms.

We loved the hotel's location in Karolbagh Market area as it was very near to Gaffar market, the main shopping street, and the metro station. The hotel facilities were clean, and we especially enjoyed the good breakfast served here. The staff made us feel welcomed with their hospitality.

Nothing everything was great.

Good Value and Breakfast the location of the hotel was convenient, with easy access to the main street. the rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. the breakfast was really good and offered a good range of food.

Dirty Rooms and Poor Customer Service the rooms were not clean enough and the furnishings looked old and worn out. We had to call housekeeping twice to re-clean our room.

Well-trained staff, great hospitality, affordable Chinese food, quiet and clean rooms, homely atmosphere.

It was all superb.

Conveniently located near a metro station, this hotel is a great base for exploring the capital city and its attractions. the rooms are spacious, neat and comfortable with hot water available in the bathrooms. the breakfast buffet is good with a range of tasty Indian dishes on offer.

Great weekend stay! The hotel is in a perfect location near public transportation and restaurants. The staff was friendly and quick with check-in and check-out. The breakfast buffet had a variety of options, and the rooms were clean and spacious. Loved the comfortable bed and the bathroom was amazing with a great shower!

We did have some issues during our stay. The rooms were a bit noisy, and we could hear noise from the hallway and other rooms.
